An exceptional chesterfield sofa by the worlds best furniture makers Howard & Sons. In operation since the early 19th century the appeal of having a Howard piece has never and will never go out of fashion.
English and dating from around 1900 this rare serpentine shaped sofa has been reupholstered in the correct Howard & Sons monogram ticking and is in excellent condition. The castors are stamped and the rear leg correctly stamped with the numbers and address (Berners street) where it was made.
